You will always receive an estimate prior to repair which will include a complete breakdown of all of the costs associated with your repair including part numbers, labor costs, taxes, and a description of the problem.

Installation sub-contractors get paid a fraction of the retail fee you pay for installation from the appliance retailer. These sub-contractors also get paid per install, the more they do in a day the bigger the paycheck.
